I was appauled to find out that all pitches are actually star pitches and I shouldn't have paid the extra £4.50 per night to be put on one as everyone is put on one anyway and isn't required to pay this extra money and if you actually have the cheek to ask for this money to be re imbursed as less than half the campers actually paid the extra, you are told by the area manager that 'it is none of your business', save yourself the fuel money there and back and don't book a star pitch. The all weather awning pitches flood and the action they take to rectify your problem, 'they are not responsible for the weather', good customer service eh? No entertainement at the start of July and the arcade closes at 6pm, not mentioned in the brochure or reflected in the price. Site is immaculate, sadly this was not reflected in the area managers professional attitude

Sue and myself would like to thank all the staff for making the charity day one to remember we had a fantastic day and the steam museum is a credit to Graham and his staff to think that my Grandfather was entertained by the same sort of entertainment shows that good family fun is timeless, thanks again see you soon.
