We stayed at this site over the August Bank Holiday weekend in a family group of five tent pitches. The site is very quiet and clean. It is ideally situated for the beaches at Charmouth and Lyme Regis, both of which were popular over the Bank Holiday weekend. There is no 'site shop' here which meant trips out of the site to buy essentials such as bread, milk etc. Gas cylinder exchange was available on site as were ice creams and sweets for the kids. Don't expect any ice block exchange system here either! If you don't have a refridgerator you will need to buy fresh supplies daily from the Tesco's in Axminster. In the Gent's facilities, there were two showers, two lavatories, three urinals and three sinks. In busy periods, there are bound to be waits for the facilities here. Having said that, there was always hot water available and the facilties were clean. Good play facilites were available for children with swings, a slide, climbing frame and two trampolines. They were all unsupervised.......
