the hotel was described to be modern, and it wasn't..there were many faults in our room including broken handles on furniture, the bathroom tap didn't work properly and the hot water took over 10 minutes to come through, and the shower was from the dark ages. We had to request additional milk 3 or 4 times as only 4 cartons were left each day. A light in the bar area was flickering whilst we ate sandwiches costing £4.85, there wasn't a fan available on the first night despite being offered in the brochure, the breakfast was dried up on the first morning and the second morning had no taste-we opted not to take breakfast on the 3rd morning. The security wasn't too good, the car park was in a garage that was dark and down a side street, and although a receptionist hadn't seen us before she was happy to just hand over our key when we walked in. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and very helpful and allowed food to be ordered that wasn't on the menu.
