A family weekend with the primary objective of checking out the food at Rick Steins seafood restaurant in Padstowe (excellent) was boosted by staying at this really friendly and well equipped B & B. Our hosts were very pleasant and helpful and guests have use of a dedicated lounge with TV/Freeview/DVD/HiFi plus a beautiful tropical fish tank can keep you amused for ages, there is another built into the counter at the reception area! The rooms are on two levels and very tastefully decorated with a goodly supply of tea/coffee etc Best of all are the splendid cooked breakfasts that will ensure you get your day off to a good start...location is superb close to the village centre yet has views out to sea - you would have to be very fickle to find fault with this venue
