Good Points: ambience Bad Points: Stayed there during heatwave. Hot rooms, but that was a general problem. As a 'continental' it is still weird to find fixed carpets on toilets and bathrooms. General Review: Hotel with history, very British ambience. Friendly staff. Ghosts : -)? but definitely with the castle of all castles right behind.

Good Points: Everything Bad Points: Nothing General Review: Our only disappointment was the English Breakfast in the morning, our sausages where not cooked all the way through and the waitress only gave us one slice of toast each! (we had to ask for more!). But other than that the Receptionist and the other staff we met where lovely!

Good Points: Friendliness and politeness of staff Bad Points: Nothing General Review: Apart from being a business trip, the level of service, and politeness of staff are to commended. A lot of other hotels in UK could do well to take a leaf out of their book
