Good Points: We were very pleased with everything except as listed below
Bad Points: A note beside the door suggested we use the chain for security. This would not have normally bothered us but we were woken five times during the night by knocking on our door and then a phone call at 5am. we would have felt a lot more comfortable had there been a chain on the door for us to use. We had booked our room a month earlier and were surprised there was no record of our booking when we arrived. Fortunately staff were helpful and you did still have an available room - otherwwise would we have been on the street? Our reservation had been found the following day which might have been too late.
General review: =Apart from above we were very happy and we realise that it was not your fault someone was looking for company, but if we come again I would like to be able to lock myself in!

Good Points: Clean tidy and well presented
Bad Points: Smell of smoke in corridors was awful
General review: No problems. Pleasant staff, nice room and good value
