Good Points: Great food, great service, interesting building, good wireless internet access, convenient position.
Bad Points: appalling analogue tv in my room - no viewable picture. When I reported it the chef (!) came and did his best to sort it out but it was still barely watchable. What a pity when everything else was so good!
General review: I really liked this hotel. It has a nice atmosphere which the staff all work very hard to maintain. A good location near to the city centre. Lots of traffic bu it didn't distrub me.

Good Points: Hotel staff was excellent, room was perfect and very clean.
Bad Points: nothing
General review: This Hotel is excellent, very warm and welcoming, staff are very friendly and helpful, our room was clean and romantic for our purpose of stay at Hotel. The food is well worth a try and well worth the money. Defaintly use this Hotel.

The room was well lit and clean. Everything was in order.,No phones in the rooms.,Great facilities. Central location in Wrexham. The hotel restaurant had excellent food. Would highly recommend it. Friendly and helpful staff.
