Good Points: Central for us to go in to Blackpool and visit my aunt in Clevelys Bad Points: Having to go up to the third floor. (My fault as I should have stated that I had a knee and back problem). The children found it not a problem as they could run up the stairs. General Review: I would have liked to have been told that we would be on the third floor then I could have asked for something else. The room and en suite were clean and tidy. The view was lovely. The dining room was excellent and the waitress could not do enough for you. On the whole a very pleasant stay.
