Arriving at Digress City on a Friday evening, it was busy with a pick-up banker crowd. As a group of five we were hungry and wanted to eat before a night out with a few drinks. We ordered fish and chips, and then waited 20 minutes to be told that this was no longer available. Three of us then ordered burgers - they came but were stone cold - not because they'd been waiting after being cooked, but because no one had heated them up after taking them straight from the freezer. After three requests to see the manager and one and a half hours, the burgers were finally dumped on the bar and the manager came - she was finally very gracious and refunded our money, but extraordinarily bad food and bad service is all this experience can amount to.
