Good Points: Characterful and unpretentious Bad Points: Shower controls were unreliable General Review: I found the website description reliable and there were no unpleasant suprises. I was made to feel welcome and I enjoyed the informal atmosphere. I would stay there again but would appreciate it if someone could fix the shower controls in room 1 and provide a big enough flat surface to work with a laptop.

Good Points: Location very pleasant, nice room, lovely inglenook fireplace in lounge bar, very inviting. Bad Points: A minor inconvenience, the shower head dripped which kept me awake! General Review: The accommodation was pleasant, the service good (under new management), the food - breakfast - was good, - dinner - less so, frozen entrees............ I would recommend that people stay here and dine elsewhere
