A comfortable and relaxing room, with wonderful views of surrounding countryside, very peaceful. The hosts were very friendly and accomodating and the breakfast was superb. Can thoroughly recommend a stay and you must try the full breakfast. My husband enjoys fishing and he found the stocked lake and river fishing excellent. Good value for money.

Located in the valley of the River Towy, just above Llandovery, we found the Henlly's Estate perfect for what we wanted - a bit of sea trout fishing on the river and a bit of relaxing in nice countryside. This place has a lot going for it - Peaceful surroundings with good walks in the woods and around the lake, comfortable and well equipped rooms and a superb breakfast using local and home-reared produce - and at incredible value for money. The hosts, James and Sarah, are extremely friendly and knowledgable about the local area and things to do (especially when it comes to fishing on their stretch of the river - thanks James!) In short, this place comes highly recommended and we will certainly be back.

This is the most welcoming place my boyfriend and I have ever stayed. The surroundings are gorgeous...there is a lake with no other soul around just a short walk away. The couple who run the farm and the B&B were very helpful and friendly and gave us great advice on where to eat and what to do. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast is bacon from the farm and eggs from the chickens next door which was yummy. We couldn't recommend Henlly's Estate more.
