I was dismayed to see in your Plymouth store. Gift boxes containing a small bottle of vodka and a pink, flask to use with it. Surely in this age of binge drinking , is this not encouraging young girls to drink even more frequently?

I was helped today at your Plymouth store by a lady by the name of Sally Weston, she is a supervisor on the ladies clothes floor. For one whole hour she was helping me, mainly on the telephone, but throughout all that time (and it was 5.30pm) she was smiling, cheerful, and apologetic for the delay that was being experienced. I don't know whether you give out medals or rewards at all .......... but if you do ......... she deserves a big one. In fact all the girls on the till at that time were a credit to your department store ......... all of them smiling and so helpful. It was a very busy time as the card holders pre-sale evening had just started. There was also an accident on the escalator which this 'position' were attending to. Thank you for Sally Weston
