My husband and I and our 5 year old daughter were staying up in Kent for the weekend for a family celebration. On the Saturday we decided to visit your Caves and we all thoroughly enjoyed the experience! My husband and I were especially enthralled with the interesting stories and the history of the Caves. Our guide was fantastic and kept the group engrossed throughour the tour with his stories and his enthusiasm!!! We were on the 11am tour and the hour flew by! It was a totally amazing experience and we have come back home to Swansea, Wales and told our friends and family about the extensive history of the Chislehurst Caves! We would like to thank you for a wonderful and totally creepy hour deep underground. Whilst we stood in silence at the Haunted Pool listening with great interest to the stories the guide was telling us about the White Lady who is said to haunt the pool. He told us how sometimes you will feel an icy breath on the back of your neck.............. at that moment my Husband gently blew on the back of my neck in the darkness and I was so engrossed that my hair stood on end and I had goose pimples!!! I really did believe that I was feeling a ghostly breath on my neck!!! Thank you once again, next time we are in Kent we will definitely be visiting you again.
