Good Points: Clean, comfortable, very nice location being near the sea front. Bathroom was a good size. Hotel was well presented and the breakfast was very good.
Bad Points: Could have done with a mini bar or mini fridge in room to store drinks and fresh milk, did not like the milk satches provided. If mini bar not possible, would have been nice to have a vending machine around the reception area for soft drinks and mineral water, especailly when the hotel bar is closed.
General review: Enjoyed stay at the Beach Hotel. Good quality 3 star hotel in a very good location.

Good Points: The public rooms (Entrance lobby, bar and dining room) were very pleasant and in very good condition.
Bad Points: The hotel room was disappointing compared to other business hotels (i.e. Holiday Inn, Ramada Plaza, etc) that I use regularly.
General review: Overall the service offered was very good. The majority of staff were very friendly and appeared interested in the well-being of the guests. I would use this hotel again but compared to other business hotels the hotel room was somewhat jaded and in need of refurbishment.
