Good Points: Good location to Paddington Station; provisions for coffee and tea, accessibility of refrigerator, stove and microwave; facilities to store luggage when room was not yet available; helpful and courteous staff Bad Points: no bath mat, no wash clothes, no face clothes, one towel each, poorer quality soap and shampoo General review: This is the second time we have been guests of Royal Court Apts. We expect to return sometime in the near future. Rates are very reasonable, location is good and we were not surprised to find everything was old, but workable.

Good Points: Warm and comfortable. Reception staff friendly and attentative. Bad Points: I have 2 knee replacements and found the tiny toilet space very difficult to use, especially as the plastic seat was not secure and kept sliding to one side. This is a minor complaint as everything else was fine, thanks. General review: We were disappointed that there was no hairdryer in the accommodation, but my daughter had stayed at the accommodation previously so we brought our own with us. It would have saved space if we could have used a hairdryer provided by the apartment complex. Again a minor problem, but it may be an idea to either provide hairdryers, or at least have one available at reception.
