Absolutely fantastic! Have nothing bad to say..anybody with complaints about this hotel are clearly needing to remove a large stick from their behind. The staff were very friendly going out of their way when we didnt even ask. The room was stunning and there was no problem with heat or the shower, or decor etc. The way we were treated was exceptional and for what we paid, they exceeded any expectations.

Good Points: Beautiful room (Ross) and great views.
Good Dinner: excellent chef.
Excellent value for money
Bad Points: Shower: not easy to control temperature. Hate bad showers.
The breakfast fruit selection was dreadful: tinned prunes, oranges and something else!
General review: Would come back but dread the awful shower and lack of fresh fruit at breakfast.

Good Points: The knowledgable and friendly staff.
Bad Points: Nothing
General Review: This hotel is very well run and the staff ensure that guests feel very welcome. Nothing is too much trouble. Food is very good and the room was very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing break.
