17 of us attended a murder mystery weekend on the 8th Dec and whilst the experience was enjoyable and the hotel is certainly beautiful the reception staff are unfriendly.
Must point out that some waiting staff were lovely and its such a shame that reception staff let the side down, in particular one woman who needs to take a class in learning how to smile!!

Situation was ideal
as a frequent customer of Best Western Hotels here and abroad we knew we would be satisfied with our accommodation and service
