Sea View Villa is situated just off the main road up a short but very steep path to the rear of Lynmouth.
The four or so bedrooms are tastefully decorated equipped with tea & coffee facilities, TV etc, and some of the rooms have views of the sea in the distance. Steve & Chris are lovely hosts and the breakfasts were delicious.
Sea View Villa does not have any car parking, this would not normally be a problem but the nearest car park is a small walk away and up the quite steep alleyway to it's front door.
All in all we had a good time and enjoyed our stay.
