Good Points: Found all staff friendly and helpful. Hotel lobby appeared clean and welcoming. Bad Points: Although clean, our room appeared to have an unpleasant stale odour, which greeted you as soon as you entered the room. General review: Felt that it was fairly good value for money, particularly in view of the fact it was central London, just might have been more pleasant if room didn't smell unpleasant.
