Good Points: Bar service was very good and friendly
Bad Points: My husband and me got lost from each other in the evening, he had fallen down some stairs in Wembley Arena and was in a lot of pain, reception would not let him gain access to our room although he stated the room number and the name it
was booked in
General review: The room was good, if the incident had not happened about my husband trying to get in our room we would stay at the hotel again
