Good Points: Friendly, VERY helpful staff - Dean helped out with bus/train timetables etc Luggage storage was a life saver, as was the water fountain :P Very relaxed and casual, yet very professionally run Room was pretty comfy! Free drink on arrival! The organised bar activities looked pretty awesome too. Bad Points: Nothing really! General review: Good times! Safe, comfortable and relaxing. Great staff, good vibe, awesome atmosphere. I'll be recommending this joint to anyone staying in London.
