What a let down. We decided on a carry out fish and chips to eat in the car. Was pleased to wait for the fish to be cooked fresh but when it eventually came the reason for the delay was obvious. The batter was hard and overcooked and the fish dry and chewy, particularly at the thinner end bit. Chips were floppy and greasy. Had a poor experience last time we went for a meal there but thought it to be a one off as we had enjoyed some lovely fish meals in the past. We were the only ones at the take away and only one table in use so pressure was not the issue just poor cooking. What a shame this was not Harry Ramsden quality by a long shot.
