From beginning to end, our evening at Cafe One was exceptional. As you walk in, you instantly get the feel of a great evening. Through the quaint entrance and pass the coffee bar into the main room which personifies BISTRO Our server was very personable and took the time to explain everything on the menu. And Norman (the owner) stop by our table to introduce himself personally, get to know us as well and welcome us to Inverness. He stopped by once again in between our course to ensure we were satisfied with everything. They went to great detail in the presentation of our meals and the food was absoulutly more just a meal, it was an experience ... and I highly recommemd enjoying the desserts , you would truly miss out if you didn't. We are happy to say that we will be returning and Norman has be kind enough to accomodate our wedding rehearsal party in October 2005.
