I had waited 20 years to sample Lobster Thermidor and when I told Da Nello's head waiter, he could not do enough to make this long awaited taste experience unforgettable. He hovered anxiously by the bar until every last mouthful had been consumed and then approached for my opinion. I was astounded, as I had been building myself up to this dish being the pinnacle of my culinary journey I was not left wanting. From the pan seared scallaops to the green beans and everything in between, this was without the best meal of my life, bar none. I am already planning a weekend break with my wife for our anniversary, just so that she can sample some of Da Nello's expertise and passion for fine, simple, beautiful cuisine. Thank you Da Nellos.

Absolutely perfect. When we visited for lunch Da Nello's was taking part in the Tennerfest, and we had a three course lunch for £12.50. What brilliant value. The ginger and mascapone cheesecake alone was worth this. The staff couldn't do enough, were very attentive but not too conspicous. The decor is breathtaking ... a visit to the ladies/gents is a must just to see the mediterranean styling. 11 out of 10. Da Nello should be given a knighthood.

Fantastic restaurant that Mum and Dad found previously the year before. I love it - great Scallops and excellent menu and staff. Well worth the visit even just to go to the restaurant for lunch or dinner. :)

Lovely atmosphere in which one can have a very comfortable and enjoyable meal. Sunday offers A La Carte Menu should you wnat something other than a Roast. Excellent Wine list, friendly staff, great food cleverly thought of. A Must *****
