Good Points: Clean, quiet and comfortable. Everything worked, no niggling TV or heating problems or door cards that mysteriously deactivate themselves for no good reason. Great location with shopping, restaurants and cinema multiplex on your doorstep plus easy access to some great countryside and historic sites. I could happily have spent another three days winding down here. General review: The size and comfort of the room exceeded my expectations. Staff were helpful and prompt with a request for a cot for our daughter for example. Ideally located, but strangely shares a post-code that according to Streetmap is opposite the cemetary on Sarn Hill! Immediate access to a microwave was a boon as it simplified sterilising bottles and heating baby food. Although close to the M4 and loads of amenities like McArthur Glenn shopping complex, the location itself is very quiet and we found the stay very relaxing.
