We booked the comfort plus chalet, and arrived nervously after hearing such bad reviews. I have to say we had a great time. The chalet was hardly 4 stars, but it's a chalet, not the Ritz. It was big enough to easily accomodate the 5 of us comfortably. The atmosphere was great. There were enough things happening both on the site and in the surrounding area to keep us more than occupied. The staff were friendly and polite, the entertainment was up to the usual standard, the beer was fine and the food smelled great (we didn't taste it as we'd already eaten

THE PARK WAS OVERALL QUITE NICE THE ACCOMMODATION WAS ACCEPTABLE. THE STAFF WERE TOLEABLE BUT AT TIMES WERE NOT VERY POLITE AND SOMETIMES QUITE RUDE. I ARRIVED TO FIND NO TOASTER OR MICROWAVE IN MY CHALET. THE BROCHURE SAID A DVD PROVIDED HOWEVER THE ONE IN THE ACCOMMODATION I WAS STAYING IN HAD A STICER ON T.V. TO SAY DVD NOT WORKING THIS WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE AS DVD CAME WITHIN THE PACKAGE, LUCKILY I BOUGHT MY OWN DVD PLAYER WITH ME. THE ACCOMMODATION ALLTHOUGH ACCEPTABLE WAS DIRTY, AND I ARRIVED TO CHECK IN ONLY TO BE STOOD IN LINE LISTERNING TO A COUPLE COMPLAINING ABOUT THERE FILTHY ACCOMMODAION NOT A GOOD START TO THE HOLIDAY
