Had a weekend in a standard 2 bed and was suprised we didn't arrive till 10 at night and was greeted by a very helpful security guard with our keys and directions.We normally rent private , the caravan was basic BUT comfy and clean and quiet new.Just a short walk to the beach and the site is clean and tidy. Would now consider booking a better grade for a short stay in the summer.

We have just come back from a week at the haven site in caister. The caravan was really nice and we couldnt have asked for better. Caister itself and the surrounding beaches are really nice (and windy) but as for the site itself we were quite dissapointed by the service that was on offer. They had not enough staff which led to very poor service on just about everything. one of the children in our party was under 4 and apart from the paws club for an hour in the morning there was nothing for him to join in with the rest of the time as it as all aimed at older (out of control) children.
