On October 6th. we attended our son's wedding at Woodlands and enjoyed a wonderful day. The beautiful setting of this lovely hotel was matched by the friendly professionalism of hoteliers Peter and Glenda, who ensured all went smoothly. The food was superb - several guests took photos of the delightfully presented courses! We stayed overnight in one of the comfortable rooms, and completed the experience with a great breakfast. Peter and Glenda go that extra mile to ensure that you leave wanting to return. Highly recommended.

Good Points: Very Friendly staff. Lovely quiet location Bad Points: We didn't really rate the evening meal. It was a little expensive for what we got. General Review: Although the hotel was very friendly, we didn't really think that there was anywhere we could 'relax' with our two year old son, and so retired to our room after our meal. There was also no child menu, so we felt our son had a 'make do meal' which he didn't enjoy. It would be a hotel we would possibly visit again as a couple, and not with our child, which is a shame! As the hotle is so small we also felt it should have a non-smoking policy, even in the small bar area! However, I would recommend this hotel to couples of all ages! Lovely rooms and great staff!
