just arrived back from lakeland the first time we have taken tent to this site.tiolet and showers clean and tidy on site facilities good including swimming pools both indoor and outdoor plenty of entertainment for kids too.we did find that the pitches we very close together warden was always around touring area and was very helpful .plenty of places to visit about 30 mins drive to the lakes not too far into kendal and grange over sands.would go back but not in any rush miss c bell

we own a caravan at lakeland, and it's the best thing we ever bought. we go ever weekend and the kids love it as much as we do!!
