Was suprised at change in store as i shop on-line a lot now . I was dissappointed with Bev the manager as i picked up two christmas wines (Jacobs creek) off the shelf with the 2 for £8 special as there were a few there . Justin told me to go to customer services as these were in fact £10 each but another colleague said alcohol dept said they were to be put there as were a few other items wrongly priced . Bev phoned back to CS and told the lady Mandy NOT to give them to me at the lower price . Why were these put there in the first place ? As it was not the only items there various other £10 items were on this shelf so as Bev said some customer must have put them back there this is obviously untrue and a colleague must have . I felt ashamed and humiliated as if I HAD put these there . I purely put the two in my trolley as i felt they were a good gift for friends for Christmas , as i do NOT drink myself .
