Good Points: The booking process was very speedy and the reception accommodated all our needs. i.e. flowers.champagne and chocolates on arrival. The ambience was excellent. Bad Points: Being instructed that the check out was at 10am even before we had seen our room. General review: A good hotel that we would use again. More information could have been given for suites and maybe special weekend rates would encourage more mature couples to stay

"room was comfortable and warm nicely decorated, tea &cooffee in room",I think breakfast should be included in the room rate, nice hotel but reception staff not fully aware of what was happening in hotel for example 2 weddings taking place on that day but they could not tell guests which wedding was in which function room. The food was excellant and service good at the reception.
