I called 2 weeks ahead and arranged for a bouquet to be made up to pick up on the Sunday morning at 8am for Mothers Day. I went out of my way to give this place a chance and went to their rural farm location only to find that nobody was there!
I was then told nobody would be at the shop till 9 30am (1.5 hours later!) and then the lady from the shop put the phone down on me. What awful customer service for a first time customer. What also really disappointed me was that there was no solution offered, such as going to where they were making up the flowers.
Instead I had to go to The Flower Studio on the High Street who were VERY helpful and made up some flowers for me, although I had to wait 20 minutes or so.
Avoid Eden Florists at all costs.

Anna and her staff produced the most gorgeous flowers for my daughter's wedding and I can only congratulate them on their beautiful work which looked absolutely stunning on the day. I would not hesitate in recommending this wonderful florist and Anna was an absolute delight to be with and to have her ideas put forward.
