What a fantastic hotel, from the moment you first see the hotel taking pride of place on the promenade you know it is going to be an impressive establishment. The red carpet on the entrance is a nice touch and the attention to detail continues. The food is spectacular, well worth the AA rosette and the service sublime. The bedrooms are very nice, ours had a fantastic sea view and we liked the air conditioning. A beautiful hotel and a great stay - we will be back.

Hello, Well actually, I didn't visit St.George's Hotel I worked there for about 20 weeks in 1995. And I really liked it there. Very nice people to work with, i really had a great time. I worked in the kitchen. The chef at that time was Steve. He was nice te work with and a great laugh. He probably doesn't work at George's does he? And there was Gareth Owen. He was really great and i learned a lot from him. There was also a woman named Janet. She was great too. I still had contact with her when i got back in Holland. But after a while we sadly lost contact. The reason i write this mail is because i´m curious how they are doing. They probably don´t work at the hotel anymore, but i hope you can help me get in contact with them. Thanks a lot so far. Greetings Lianne from Holland
