Good Points: Receptionist was very pleasent and polite.
Bad Points: Cold disgusting breakfast was returned twice.
No hot water for shower in morning.
Sweltering temperature in room all night.
Very loud party and loud drunk guests into early hours of morning.
Staff seemed overwhelmed by workload.
Duty mnager did not contact us to discuss our concerns/complaints
General review: This is the third time we have used this hotel as it is convieniently located to visit family and friends we have never had any problems before and were very shocked and disappointed this time.

After spending three nights in this Motel I have to record it as being very dissapointing to say the least, The staff were obviously out of there dephth, the evening meals were awful with very little choice, on friday we were told the evening meal would be lasagne or vegetable lasagne which was overcooked and took two hours to serve, all in all this is not a motel I would recommend.

Room OK. Staff didn't answer the phone call to reception or the emergency button when there was a fight going on in the room next to ours. If you stay here, don't have an accident! Tables in restaurant not clean, toaster not working properly, re-filling of breakfast buffet slow, food from restaurant poor quality (totally overcooked pasta - like mush). Service slow, even when we made it clear we were in a hurry and ordered 'quick' food. (Why did they have crisps with the 'healthy' option?!). The pool was nice. And they overcharged us by charging us the non-discount rate that had been agreed by phone (which they eventually refunded, after first refusing).
