Bad Points: Leaking tap in bathroom. Dangerous Standard lamp in room the bulb was missing. Half hour wait in the restaurant for dinner. Being presented with a bill for a meal that I did not have at check out. General review: The bad points listed above detracted from what could have been a pleasant stay. I may Not recommend your chain of hotels to friends and colleagues.

Good Points: It was generally very comfortable and the Hotel had a relaxed atmosphere. Bad Points: I found the room quite noisy so that it would have been a problem if you needed to get to sleep early. General review: In general I liked the Hotel however the service at breakfast was poor. Whilst it was self service several guests had to ask for jugs etc. to be topped up and tables were not regularly cleared and prepared for the next guest.
