Bad Points: We were kept awake until 1.30am by drunk guests in the garden (they were at the holiday Inn for a wedding reception)They were screaming and shouting from 1030pm until 1.45am. I phoned reception to complain at 1.10am. The receptionist didn't apologise, she just said, "I am getting the barman to bring them inside" 6 hours later when I was checking out I raised the issue with the person then on reception. She said there were several complaints that night, but that's what normally happens when there are large groups!!! I pointed out that although large groups make the Holiday Inn a lot of money - particularly when they are drinking all night, the rest of the paying guests have every right not to be disturbed. As an apology, she refunded my £12 room service bill. I had paid for a executive room. So £12 went no way to lessoning my poor customer experience. I will not be staying here again. General review: Very poor
