General review: the only problem we experienced was that, although our room was non smoking, having a window open caused the smoke fumes from staff and guests who were smoking around the entrance to reception to enter the bedroom.

Good Points: The soft furnishings and decor were beautiful and extremely comfortable. The room had a wonderful view of the Thames. Four poster bed was lovely. Food was superb, dining room with water wheel was wonderful.
Bad Points: No remote control for the TV in the sitting room area...slightly frustrating. No fridge in the room. There had obviously been one but it was missing.
General Review: Unexpectedly delighted considering the hotel was booked on the internet without prior knowledge of the area or the hotel.
