Best rates for a Local Hotel

We stayed at Jurys Inn Birmingham last weekend for my son’s 6th birthday as we had planned to take him to Cadbury World. In my opinion this hotel is not suitable for children, families or, in fact, anyone over the age of 30 as it is full of stag and hen parties. They show no consideration for other patrons. They are constantly loud and swear regardless of whether there are children there or not. On our second night we were awoken at 2.20am by shouting and screaming in the corridors. We even got up especially early on Sunday so we could have our breakfast in peace. The room was fine apart from the shower, which went from scalding hot to freezing cold no matter what setting you put it on. In contrast, the staff couldn’t have been any nicer. I actually feel sorry for them having to work there and deal with these louts every weekend. If you are looking for a hotel in Birmingham, take my advice and be willing to pay that little bit extra so you don’t have to go through the same as we did. I, personally, will never stay at a Jurys Inn again.
