Good Points: Service in restaurant during breakfast and dinner absolutely perfect Bad Points: the weather was out of your control! General review: Excellent hotel, could not fault anything. Staff attitude and demeanour particularly noteworthy as they made you feel welcome from check in to check out

General review: My first room had dust on the bed, but the staff quickly upgraded me to a double room which was nice and clean and with a very comfy bed. The corridor decor gives the impression of needing updating and I found the timer lights annoying, by the time I'd walked down the corridor in darkness they were just coming on. The pool, jacuzzi and sauna were all good, but the changing rooms had a damp, mouldy smell to them which was a bit offputting even if they looked clean.
