for A Garden for all Seasons as your favourite British event.

From late April until mid-May Exbury's woodland floors are carpeted with English bluebells - a wonderful sight, complementing the colourful blooms of the Rothschild Collection of rhododendrons and azaleas which are also in full flower over this period. Drive slowly down the Summer Lane approach to Exbury (the 2 mile road from Hill Top to the Gardens entrance) as this also gives tantalising glimpses of bluebells.

The timing of the bluebell season varies from year to year, and the above dates are only indicative of the best time to see them at Exbury and in other locations. Do check the current flowering conditions image of the Exbury website to give an idea of what there is to see in flower at any particular time.
