A circus arts and music festival held at a new site this year on the grounds of a stately home, Smedmore House, in a little village called Kimmeridge on the Jurassic Coast in Dorset.

Southern Lights Festival is a family fire, circus arts and music festival based in beautiful rural Dorset with a heavy workshop bias, plus street shows, walkabouts, The Tree House Theatre' providing entertainment suitable for smaller children, welly wanging, crazy games and a mad hatters tea party or two, there are good times to be had by all.

The day time entrainment is led by workshops in a full spectrum of circus arts including poi, staff, devil stick, Diablo, hula hoop etc. For beginners right through to the most advanced. The night time entertainment is brought to life by spectacular fireshows and great music.
