The Cumbria Guitar Show, which has been in existence for 12 years now, has become the North of England's premiere event for Guitar Enthusiasts. With a great line-up of top players on stage and in the informal demo room, a huge array of guitars old and new plus loads of amps effects and related gear to try out, it is a Mecca for guitar enthusiasts. Now held at Rheged, an excellent Exhibition and Visitor centre just of junction 40 of the M6 it is easily accessible from all points of the UK.

There is a large free car park at Rheged plus regular bus service from Penrith Rail station and Penrith Bus terminal. Rheged has lots to do for all the family as well with big Imax cinema, shops, cafe and restaurant plus lots for the kids to do.
