A very traditional village flower show with the all important competition marquee holding the wonderful mix of categories from photography and cake baking to vegetables and flower arranging, that all generations can enter.
There's also fun to be had outside with a number of stalls, fairground rides, classic vehicle display, punch & judy, refreshments and live performances.
The show is held every year by the Leigh and District Cottage Garden Society, who were established over 120 years ago, in 1891.
