Born 1891 - Dunedin, New Zealand. Died 1963 - British political cartoonist.
Joined the Star in London (1919). Subsequently worked for the Evening Standard, Daily Herald and The Manchester Guardian. Drew successful cartoons, created Colonel Blimp. Volumes of cartoons included Low and I (1923), A Cartoon History of the War (1941) and Low’s Autobiography (1956).
