William Perks as he originally was learned to play the bass guitar in his mid-twenties, and only a year or so later auditioned for what became the Rolling Stones, playing, recording and touring with them until his decision to leave the band was announced in 1993. He has had three wives, marrying his second Mandy Smith when she was 18 and he 52, according to her their relationship a sexual one since she was 14.
