Born 1966 - Television presenter and former Olympic athlete.

Set the national 400 metres record of 44.37 in 1996. Member of the British 4 x 400 relay team which beat the USA to win the gold medal in the 1991 World Championships. Won silver medal in the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta in the 400m. Retired from athletics in 1998. Works regularly on BBC television including the programmes Tomorrow’s World and Grandstand. Has participated in Strictly Come Dancing and Celebrity Masterchef.
