Born 1943 - English comedian and impressionist.

In the early 1960s was the lead singer of the Merseybeat pop group The Midniters. Became well known after his appearance in the 1970 Royal Variety Performance. Produced a chart album (After The Laughter) and had a UK top 10 single (It's You) in March 1974). Appeared on numerous TV shows including The Freddie Starr Show and An Audience with Freddie Starr.
