Born 1962 - Stand-up comedian, actor and writer.
Began his career as a stand-up comedian in 1986 at the Comedy Store. Won the British Comedy Award for Best Stage Newcomer in 1991. In 1992 his show The Jack Dee Show went out on Channel 4. Further shows included Jack Dee's Happy Hour in 1997 and Jack Dee Live at the Apollo in 2004. Has made guest appearances in shows including Silent Witness, Dalziel and Pascoe and Jonathan Creek. Won Celebrity Big Brother in 2001.
