Liscannor, a bay-side fishing village on the west coast of Ireland, is in itself a delightful destination. Liscannor, with its ancient ruined castle and a 12th Century church, is a wonderfully historic village also offering exceptional fishing and walking. Families will have fun at the Moher Hill Open Farm, complete with animals and nature walks. The nearby village of Lahinch, meanwhile, boasts a famous golf course, a great beach enjoyed by children and surfers alike, and a Seaworld centre.
